Agile Homes is looking for a Residential Construction Superintendent to manage production and ensure homes are built efficiently on schedule, and to our high-quality standards.

Agile Homes is a privately-owned builder based in Fruitland, Idaho. We are a family-oriented company dedicated to being the builder of choice for home buyers, trade partners, and employees alike.

No superintendent experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right person. If you are hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we encourage you to apply. Construction experience is a plus but not required.

What We're Looking For:

As a Superintendent, you'll play a key role in keeping our homes on track while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, our internal team, and clients. We are looking for someone who is:

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience: Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required. We will train the right person!
• Fired Up: Fully embrace the GSD (Get Stuff Done) mindset! You're the type of person who takes initiative, tackles challenges head-on, and sees tasks through to completion. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are always ready to jump in and keep things moving.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative in solving problems.
• Time Management: Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and meet deadlines, while receiving and prioritizing work from multiple members of the team.
• Team Player: Able to work well with all members of the Agile team. Willing to tackle anything that needs done to move the company forward!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee job sites and ensure construction stays on schedule.
• Maintain job site organization and ensure work is completed to high-quality standards.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Problem-solve construction challenges and proactively manage solutions.
• Inspect materials and work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Utilize BuilderTrend and other software for scheduling and documentation.
• Execute warranty-related activities and maintain home-owner satisfaction.

Location: Fruitland, Idaho

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
• Profit Sharing: Estimated $100,000 per year in addition to base salary. Total compensation will likely exceed $185,000 per year.
